ADROSONIC: Placing India On The Global Customized Testing And Consultancy Map

CIO Vendor Indian IT Industry’s share in the global market stands at 7 percent and this growth has been largely due to exports. Out of this, 60 percent of firms use Indian software for testing, indicating that India is en route to establishing itself as a leader in Testing Services across the globe. However, despite its ubiquitous nature, the progress of the software testing industry is still restrained by certain limitations. Attaining maximum accuracy in a software product can become quite challenging amidst concerns such as lack of proper resources and communication, defining the right process, testing the complete solution and time constraints in execution. Additionally the presence of numerous small, medium and large scale testing service providers calls for differentiating solutions that can fuel competitive advantage for the buyers. Addressing these specific challenges and needs of today’s market, Mumbai headquartered Adrosonic IT Consultancy Services brings forward a framework of testing and consultancy services that align with the latest emerging market technologies.

Incorporated in 2013, the company provides an Integrated Testing process model with varied range of Consultancy and Software Testing Services spanning across Core Testing, Specialized Testing and Test Process Management, all of which is based on a one stop Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) work model created by them. Through this model, Adrosonic aims to bring flexible resource based solutions that can optimize test life cycle and management cost, reduce time to market and bring about a significant improvement in the quality of business delivery for SME’s. “With very few quality service providers in the SME market, we want to be an innovative and business focused IT Consulting firm empowering SME’s with a complete framework of IT Solutions and Services,” claims Mayank, CEO & MD, Adrosonic.

Equipping Enterprise clients with an all-inclusive Testing Approach

In order to ensure clients with a reduced time to market and a quicker ROI, Adrosonic has designed a testing vertical that incorporates 7 core principles. These include Client Centric Testing, Hiring of Domain Consultants, Testing in Agile & DevOps Environment, Increased automation, Test Data Management, Risk Based Testing and Independent Testing before delivery. This process is extensively focused on automation and utilises a risk based approach to organise testing efforts for effective and efficient testing cycle by understanding the risks of failure on the product/business requirements.
When it comes to hiring testing consultants, Adrosonic furnishes them with continuous training to understand core business processes so that they can challenge any customer specifications. The company also has a small group of consultants within its Testing CoE wing, who are independent testers responsible for final round of testing ahead of delivery.

Complimenting this robust principle, Adrosonic has developed a thorough implementation methodology for its Testing CoE, to optimize testing process for customers. This methodology entails a four step engagement process that begins with understanding the existing application architecture and client’s expectations. This is followed by extensive analysis, based on which, a test architecture design is created and proposed to the client. Once the proposed framework is approved, Adrosonic’s team implements the same in the client’s environment (either On premise or Cloud). Finally feedback and on-going engagement is provided to continuously review the implemented test framework. With this all inclusive approach to testing, Adrosonic has been able to garner adequate acknowledgement among its clientele in a short span of time. In addition to a comprehensive testing solution suite, Adrosonic has also established strong development capabilities in .NET and Java. The company also specialises in mobile app development, Salesforce.com and Talend product suite implementation, acting as an offshore development partner for couple of on shore enterprises.

Future Roadmap:
Having created a mark in software testing, Adrosonic hopes to organically grow in this domain by expanding their existing team and engaging in the development of new technologies. To do this, the company intends to venture into new areas such as data warehouse testing and mobile testing. Adrosonic also hopes to see significant growth in the area of mobile application development in the coming few years.
